KSS roller shells are forged from high quality boron Steel and Strengthened with induction heat treatment for maximum hardness. The halves are friction welded, ensuring high resistance to heavy loads and harsh working conditions.
Heat Treatment Carbon Steel Shaft
KSS shafts are precision machined using drop forging technology, ensuring strong integration with the bushings. Combined with special heat treatment, this process hardens the surface and extends the service life of the bushings.
Special Casting Seal
KSS rollers use floating seals made from heat-treated alloy steel with chromium and molybdenum for corrosion resistance. The Buna-N rubber seals withstand temperatures from 40'C to 170'C, ensuring reliable performance in extreme conditions.
