25 Years of Multi Power and MTG’s Journey
PT Multi Power Aditama, a mining equipment solutions provider established in 1991, specializing in undercarriage and Ground Engaging Tools (G.E.T.), has introduced a digital innovation called the Ground Engaging Tool Detection System. The technology automatically detects when an excavator’s bucket tooth becomes detached or damaged, allowing the machine to stop and helping prevent potential production losses and operational penalties.
In addition to its G.E.T. products, Multi Power also offers Pro Support, a comprehensive service covering installation, measurement, maintenance, and training. The company is also committed to strengthening customer relationships through customer gatherings and training sessions.
Joseph Effendy emphasized the company’s focus on business process digitalization and data-driven value creation, ensuring that customers do not simply purchase equipment, but also gain solutions that improve operational efficiency.
With more than three decades of experience, Multi Power remains committed to delivering relevant and innovative solutions for Indonesia’s mining industry.
PT Multi Power Aditama, a mining equipment solutions provider established in 1991, offering undercarriage and G.E.T. products, has introduced a digital innovation called the Ground Engaging Tool Detection System. The technology is specifically designed to detect when an excavator’s bucket tooth becomes detached or damaged during operation.
The digital system automatically sends alerts to both equipment operators and the head office, helping minimize the risk of production losses and potential penalties resulting from component damage.
“If a bucket tooth becomes detached, production can come to a halt, and mining companies may even face penalties. With this system, the machine automatically stops to ensure safety and can be repaired immediately,” said a representative of Multi Power.
In addition to its G.E.T. product offerings, Multi Power also emphasizes Pro Support, a comprehensive service covering installation, measurement, maintenance, and product-use training. This year, the company is also strengthening customer engagement through customer gatherings and training sessions aimed at improving technical understanding.
Joseph Effendy, who focuses on IT innovation and business process digitalization at the company, said Multi Power is committed to delivering value beyond its products.
“We want customers not only to purchase our equipment, but also to understand the data and solutions we provide to improve mining operational efficiency,” he said.
With more than three decades of experience and a strong focus on the Indonesian market, Multi Power remains optimistic about delivering innovative solutions that address the evolving needs of Indonesia’s mining industry.
